Defending a multi-million pound claim for Europe’s biggest airline

We acted on the defence of a multi-million pound claim brought by Europe’s biggest airline arising out of an agreement to provide transport services to the airline’s passengers throughout Europe.

The advice included constructing the terms of the agreement, attending at mediation in an attempt to settle the dispute without going to court, drafting witness statements and advising on the conduct of the litigation.
