Daily dialogue with the Traffic Commissioner’s office

For the majority of our transport clients we maintain on-going dialogue with the Traffic Commissioner’s staff including reporting relevant convictions.

We also recommend that maintenance and drivers’ hours prohibitions are notified to the Traffic Commissioner with a suitable explanation as, in our experience, this both limits the chances of being called in to a public inquiry and provides the basis for mitigation if a public inquiry is called.
