Suppliers have been keen to take advantage of the available government frameworks for procurement of ICT and Cloud solutions. They also need to understand the impact of these agreements on their business.

We have advised a number of approved suppliers on understanding liability issues under these agreements. We have also advised on intellectual property aspects, which is particularly key when the supplier’s background intellectual property will form a core part of the project deliverable.
