We are instructed to represent their policyholders if they are involved in an accident abroad, both in a claimant and a defendant capacity. Our insurer clients also see us as a go-to adviser on a wide range of other legal issues impacting the travel insurance industry, engaging us to advise on policy wordings, the new consumer duty, dual insurance, coverage disputes, regulatory law and fraud.

We also appreciate the importance of insurance recoveries and have created insurer-focused schemes for travel insurers to reduce leakage. In one such case, we succeeded in recovering over $500,000 of medical outlay resulting from a high-profile helicopter crash in the US.
