Will also advises lenders on real estate investment as well as development funding projects, in particular focusing on the property due diligence of the asset to ensure that the security being offered to the lender is appropriate. He acts for various types of lenders including major banks and development funders and has a particular interest working for alternative lenders in the energy and renewables sectors. Long-term asset management

Advising a family office client on the asset management of their industrial property portfolio and its subsequent £55 million sale to a leading financial services and asset management company.

Corporate HQ relocation

Advising a private equity company on the relocation of its headquarters from Victoria to grade A premises in Knightsbridge.
