Vicki assists the personal injury and medical negligence teams in providing a variety of financial tasks, including invoicing, liaising with insurance funding providers, monitoring medical experts and counsel.
She also reconciles the team’s ledgers for each client matter on conclusion of the claim. Vicki works closely with the internal costs and finance teams assisting with costs budget monitoring, costs management and preparation for detailed assessment hearings. She assists in drafting costs schedules as required for the court, and assisting with financial tasks required for client settlement meetings.
I am a costs assistant within the personal injury and medical negligence team. I provide support and assistance to the whole team in ensuring effective and accurate costs management, maintaining financial records and budget monitoring.
Vicki joined the firm in 2010, having worked in law firms since 1986. She assisted in setting up the team’s processes in relation to costs.
