Sam is a senior associate in the real estate team in Birmingham.

She advises a broad range of clients across a variety of sectors on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold investment properties, landlord and tenant matters, and development work. Sam has particular expertise in industrial and retail portfolio management.

Sam qualified as a solicitor in 2019, and joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in January 2024 from another leading Midlands law firm.
