Emma-Louise is a senior paralegal in the residential property team in Oxford.

She is experienced in a variety of residential matters and deals with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, buy to lets and new build purchases, as well as first registrations of unregistered land. She has now acquired her own portfolio of clients, including bank institutions, private individuals, and companies.

Emma-Louise has worked at Penningtons Manches Cooper and within residential property since 1991, initially as an office junior, and then as a senior secretary for 27 years, before changing roles to paralegal from July 2018.
