Profile

Amy-Jane is an associate in the real estate litigation team based in London. She deals with disputes involving residential real estate and social housing, and has experience working on a wide variety of claims, including possessions, boundary disputes, disrepair, access injunctions, neighbour disputes and adverse possession.

She has advocacy experience, having attended County Court hearings on behalf of clients, including possession hearings and injunction hearings (made both on a with and without notice basis). Amy-Jane has also completed an accredited mediation course with the London School of Mediators, and seeks to reach pragmatic solutions for clients.

After six years of working in dispute resolution, she moved to the social housing sector, dealing with an array of social housing issues including possessions, anti-social behaviour injunctions, access injunctions and committal proceedings.
