Court of Protection and deputyships
Tracey is a senior paralegal in the Court of Protection team. She has experience in the ongoing administration and management of personal injury trusts, including professional compliance, and assists senior colleagues with litigation work and court applications as well as day-to-day management of deputyship matters.
As she has a wealth of expertise in financial issues, Tracey takes a keen interest in clients’ investment portfolios and the analysis of their performance. She has also worked on cases involving property adaptations, building works, planning applications and building control activities.
I support clients by managing deputyships and personal injury trusts with care and precision. My focus is on ensuring compliance and financial security, while assisting with property adaptations and investment analysis to help clients achieve the best possible outcomes.
Before joining the Court of Protection team in 2016, Tracey worked in the Penningtons Manches Cooper internal finance team where she assisted with all aspects of legal finance. She is AAT qualified and is an experienced practitioner in Solicitors Accounts Rules and personal tax matters.
