Tessa Donald

Associate

Tessa is an associate in the firm’s employment team, advising individuals, corporations, US clients and Police Federation members on a broad spectrum of employment law matters.

She has a broad practice covering both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Tessa has acted in Employment Tribunal cases involving unfair and constructive dismissal, breach of contract, discrimination, and whistleblowing, and is experienced in handling workplace disputes at every stage – from internal complaints and grievances through to litigation. Alongside her contentious work, she provides comprehensive HR support to employer clients, advising on restructuring and redundancies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and drafting and reviewing settlement agreements, employment contracts, and company policies.

I am an employment lawyer with experience across contentious and non-contentious matters, working closely with employees and employers to provide straightforward, commercial guidance that makes complex workplace issues easier to manage.
