Senior associate

Rosie is a senior associate in the medical negligence team in London. Since qualifying she has taken on a wide-ranging case load with claims involving brain injury, orthopaedic injuries, maternal injuries, cauda equina, maxillofacial surgery and amputation.

Her specialist areas of focus include cerebral palsy and birth injury claims, orthopaedic injuries, and claims involving sepsis. Described in the legal directories as a ‘standout individual’ and ‘a solicitor with a bright future in clinical negligence’, Rosie deals with complex, high-value cases involving both NHS and private medical treatment and often involving multiple defendants.

She has successfully secured judgment for a client at a High Court Trial and has expertise in inquest cases. Rosie is accredited by the Law Society in her practice area and is ranked in both the Legal 500 and Chambers legal directories. She has previously been invited to deliver a webinar by Lexis Nexis.

Rosie has particular expertise in quantifying maximum severity cerebral palsy claims. She specialises in running claims for police officers, with expert knowledge at quantifying loss of earnings and police pension. As a result of her expertise, Rosie receives frequent personal referrals, both from the case studies she writes and from recommendations from counsel and former clients.
