Rita is a senior associate solicitor in the Guildford residential property team. She has over 17 years’ experience covering all aspects of residential property including, but not limited to, freehold, leasehold, new build, transfers of equity, land transfers and refinance/lending.
Her wide range of clients includes private individuals (from first time buyers to seasoned purchasers), companies, lenders and investors. She also regularly acts on waterfront/riverside property transactions and has recently dealt with lifetime tenancies. Rita has a particular focus on high net worth and complex work. She also collaborates very closely with the firm’s private client, tax and family teams, and regularly provides support on property-related matters. She is also a member of the firm’s private wealth ‘next-gen’ groups, and a best practice champion for her team.
I am a transactional property lawyer with over 17 years’ practical experience. I am an extremely proactive and approachable individual and will do all that I can to bring matters to a successful conclusion for my clients.
Having lived in Surrey since 2002, Rita has an excellent working knowledge of the area and good local contacts with agents and other property professionals. Rita joined the firm in 2022 from a local Legal 500-recommended law firm.
