Richard is the company secretarial manager in the corporate team. He advises and assists corporates on a broad range of company secretarial matters including company incorporations in the UK and international jurisdictions, annual compliance obligations, maintaining company registers and dealing with share transactions.

Richard’s work includes looking after the compliance obligations of a wide range of public and private companies, as well as property management companies, charities, LLPs and branches of overseas companies (now known as UK establishments). He has particular experience in helping overseas clients incorporate UK companies and navigating corporate compliance, as well as reconstituting and reviewing statutory registers, rectifications to the register and voluntary dissolutions.

I help corporates to navigate their compliance with Companies House filings and statutory record-keeping obligations during the full life cycle of a company, LLP or UK establishment. I take pride in providing an efficient and diligent service, so directors and their teams can remain focussed on the business.
