Senior associate

Richard is a senior associate in the travel claims department in the Guildford office. He advises clients on a broad range of personal injury and medical negligence claims, including claims against tour operators, foreign insurers and local authorities.

The types of medical negligence claims that Richard deals with include orthopaedic, spinal, brain and psychological injuries arising from medical negligence by private clinicians, GPs and NHS trusts. He also assists with claims for personal injury resulting from road traffic accidents, including uninsured and untraced drivers through the Motor Insurers’ Bureau, accidents at work, occupiers liability, public liability, including defective products, Highways Act claims, and criminal injuries involving the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.

I am passionate about assisting my clients to not only achieve the best possible outcome in terms of compensation, but also to feel that they are fully supported throughout the course of the claim. I enjoy getting to know my clients so that I can represent them to the best of my ability.
