Senior associate
Rebecca is a senior associate, and co-head of home ownership in the firm’s housing team.
Since 2015, Rebecca has specialised in social housing, acting for registered providers and housing associations. In recent years, she has also advised private developers, helping them navigate the changing landscape of housing, and utilising the high-volume fast-paced sales model to expedite large-scale transactions. Rebecca has most recently advised G15 housing association Peabody on its sales to the Chinese market, resulting in phase one all being exchanged two years prior to handover.
I specialise in large-scale sales, which involves creating and implementing bespoke processes, resulting in successful management of sites. As an expert in this field, I regularly present on this topic at industry events, sharing insights and best practice.
Rebecca enjoys supervising housing sales and home ownership team members. She addresses key areas of training to demystify the ever-changing sector environment and provides expert advice on aftersales, staircasing and lease extensions. Rebecca is a qualified licensed conveyancer and joined the firm in 2014. She has a wealth of expertise in residential property, having begun her career in conveyancing in 1999.
