Phillip is a highly regarded commercial disputes partner with extensive experience in handling complex international disputes, civil fraud cases, interim remedies, and asset recovery. He co-heads the firm’s India group, regularly assisting clients with disputes, transactions, and advice relating to India or Indian parties.

His practice involves advising and representing clients on pre-litigation strategy, court litigation or arbitration (ICC, LCIA, LME or ad hoc) and interim remedies, as well as in relation to asset recovery and enforcement of cross border judgments or awards.
