Luke is a senior associate in the employment team in Oxford. He advises employers, individuals, staff associations and their members on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, including discrimination, unfair dismissal, disciplinary and grievance issues, corporate support and day to day HR matters.

Luke qualified in 2018 and joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in January 2019. He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
