Profile

Dominique qualified into the Oxford corporate department in July 2013 after having completed her training contract with Manches LLP. She spent two years studying Italian law at the Libera Universita’ Internzaionale degli Studi Sociali in Rome before reading Law and English Literature at Oxford Brookes University. She completed her Legal Practice Course at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice with distinction.

She regularly assists the team on M&A transactions, group restructuring and equity funding. She is also involved in corporate and commercial litigation work, dealing with swaps litigation, debt collection and large commercial claims for Penningtons Manches Cooper’s corporate clients.

Assisting on the Catermasters deal with its strategic acquisition of Bite Catering.
Supporting the corporate team advising on the sale of Haulotte’s UK rental business to HSS.
Assisting the shareholders on the £18 million Tessella MBO backed by Mobeus.
