Courtney is an associate in the banking and finance team in Reading.
She has experience in a range of domestic and cross border funding arrangements, including real estate finance, leveraged finance and acquisition finance. Courtney has acted for a variety of clients, including major UK clearing banks, challenger banks, and borrowing entities.
Courtney trained in London and qualified in September 2023. She took a sabbatical to travel on qualification and joined the firm as a newly qualified solicitor in June 2024. Prior to this, Courtney studied at the University of Liverpool before completing her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, graduating with a distinction.
