Mike is a highly experienced real estate lawyer and the head of divisional strategy for the real estate division.

Specialising in strategic land advice, Mike works with large landowners and mid-tier residential developers, providing guidance on promotion agreements, options, overage agreements, and conditional contracts. His client base includes numerous residential and mixed-use developers, those in the living sector, such as developers of care homes, and investors.
