Mark qualified in 1987 and, after eight years in general practice, joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 1995 to specialise in commercial conveyancing. Mark is a senior associate in the Guildford office’s real estate team.

He deals with all aspects of commercial conveyancing advising individuals, companies, real estate investors and developers, retailers, licensed premises operators, charities and lending institutions.
