Lee is a partner in the real estate team in London and head of the residential property practice. He specialises in all aspects of acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold residential and commercial property.
His clients are predominantly, but not exclusively, high net worth and high-profile individuals who require proactive and commercial advice. Lee focuses in particular on the higher end of the London and country property markets. He has a network of contacts across the industry he works with closely to ensure clients receive the best advice on all aspects of a transaction, and develops lasting relationships with his clients and their wider families, looking after all of their interests.
I have extensive experience on advising clients on what are often their most important and valuable transactions. My clients require clear and commercial advice on complex issues, and I handle transactions with care and attention, keeping their best interests as a priority.
With additional experience in commercial property, Lee also acts for a number of private investor, developer, and co-working clients on acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and all aspects of their asset management. He also regularly acts for corporate occupiers, advising on their office moves and lease agreements. Lee joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2021.
