Kerra is a senior associate within the real estate disputes team. She is an experienced property disputes solicitor who deals with the full range of commercial landlord and tenant disputes work, together with development and telecoms matters.
She has extensive experience in commercial asset management work that includes dilapidations claims, 1954 Act renewals, forfeiture, service charge disputes, rent arrears claims and disputes concerning the operation of break options. Her deep understanding of these areas enables her to provide effective and strategic advice to clients. Kerra also leads the real estate disputes team’s offering on property-related telecoms matters under the Electronic Communications Code for landowner clients. She advises on a comprehensive range of matters arising under the code – from providing tactical guidance on service of notices, through to dealing with the issues arising on removal of equipment and the reinstatement of former telecoms sites.
I am an experienced property disputes lawyer dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for my clients. By maintaining a focus on both the legal and commercial issues involved in any particular matter, I seek to provide practical and effective advice in an accessible manner.
On the development side, Kerra regularly assists investor and developer clients with matters such as devising and implementing vacant possession strategies and complex and high value rights of light claims. Kerra is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
