Kelly Bale

Finance lead (Court of Protection)

As finance lead for the Court of Protection team, Kelly supervises and manages the daily running of all deputyship and trust bank accounts, ensuring accurate payment of invoices, reimbursements and payroll. She completes the SRA banking reconciliation and management of cash flow across all accounts, making decisions with the deputy on withdrawals and supervises the CRM and financial client system.

Kelly also administers work for auto enrolment pension schemes, personal tax returns, banking applications and annual periodical payments, along with team mentoring and training. Her particular strength is in consideration of cash flow, reviewing clients’ annual budgets and analysis of deposit and investment accounts along with annual reporting of the financial figures to the Office of the Public Guardian. She also assists the deputy with the banking arrangements and changes.

I enjoy liaising with clients and contacts and encourage team members to enhance their own personal knowledge through my banking experience, knowledge of investments, payroll/pensions, tax returns and cash flow analysis to support with their day-to-day client contact.
