Keelan is an associate in the corporate team, based in the Guildford office. He has experience in a wide variety of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, and general corporate advisory matters.

He has acted for a broad range of clients, from small owner-managed businesses to larger corporates. Keelan regularly supports on UK transactions and also has experience of cross-border transactions, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the commercial, regulatory and practical considerations that arise in complex corporate work. With a proactive and pragmatic style and a focus on commercially grounded advice, he aims to guide clients through transactions efficiently, while helping them balance immediate objectives with longer term goals.

Keelan joined the firm in 2024 as a trainee solicitor, gaining experience not only in corporate work, but also in other areas that frequently form part of corporate transactions. This has given him an understanding of the wider issues that can arise during a transaction and enables him to identify and anticipate these at an early stage. Keelan prides himself on being approachable and responsive, and on providing a high level of client service throughout a transaction.
