Profile

Rosie is a senior associate in the clinical negligence team in London. She qualified in 2016, having joined the firm as a trainee in 2014.

She deals with a variety of cases including claims against NHS trusts, GPs and private medical practitioners. Her caseload comprises delayed diagnosis and misdiagnosis claims, spinal and other orthopaedic injuries, and bowel injuries. She has assisted senior members of the team on high value claims involving Cauda Equina Syndrome and cerebral palsy.
