As a finance paralegal in the Court of Protection team, Lynn assists with the daily running of all deputyship and trust bank accounts, ensuring maintenance of cash flow and reconciliation of each account.
She also assists with disclosure of invoice and receipts for litigating matters, reconciliation and set up of support accounts, equipment ordering, and annual periodical payment reviews. Lynn supports with the reporting of financial figures to the Office of the Public Guardian and investment portfolio documents.
Lynn joined the Court of Protection team in 2022, having gained extensive financial knowledge from her previous roles at a major bank.
