Profile

Hannah is a knowledge lawyer in the real estate team, based in London. She has experience in all aspects of residential property, with an emphasis on high value transactions including enfranchisement, lease extensions and landlord and tenant work. She also has in-house experience in a wide range of matters affecting commercial and charity property. 

Hannah’s role focuses on ensuring her colleagues stay up to date with legal current awareness. She helps to facilitate the sharing of knowledge through organising and delivering training, drafting precedents and client guides, writing and editing legal articles, and assisting with complex legal issues and legal research. She is also involved in delivering strategic policies, systems and processes to improve efficiency and save costs, such as document automation and technology.

Hannah joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2018. She is a member of the Association of Property Support Lawyers Group and RE: Women.

Recent work highlights

  • Presenting to the firm’s real estate division on the impact of recent property fraud case law and drafting an associated suite of practice notes and documents.
  • Co-authoring an article for Estates Gazette on the implications of the draft Registration of Overseas Entities Bill.
