Profile

Hannah is a senior associate in the corporate team. She joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2013 and qualified in 2015 after gaining a variety of experience in a number of different practice areas including corporate, commercial property and employment.

She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, group restructuring and reorganisations as well as advising on corporate governance, including preparing bespoke shareholders’ agreements and articles of association.

Hannah works for a broad range of clients, from start-ups and small family-run businesses to larger corporates, charities and universities. She also has experience working with lawyers in different jurisdictions including Ireland, the Netherlands and India.

Recent work highlights

Advising a private individual on an investment in Bolney Wine Estate as part of a £2 million funding round by the business to provide for major expansion into overseas markets.
Acting for Rayner Group, the UK’s only manufacturer of intraocular lenses, on its acquisition of Moorfields Pharmaceuticals from the Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
Acting for the shareholders of Criterion Adjusters Limited on its sale to international loss adjusting firm Charles Taylor plc for a maximum consideration of £13.1 million.
Acting on a £12 million refinancing.
Advising on a complex group reorganisation involving seven different companies and over £200 million worth of assets.
