Profile

Alice is an associate in the IP, IT and commercial team in Cambridge. She assists with a broad range of matters, including commercial agreements, data protection, and intellectual property.

Whilst operating within a broad range of sectors, Alice has a particular focus on life sciences. Her practice covers drafting and advising on clinical trials agreements, master services agreements, data protection compliance, funding and grant agreements, and platform and website terms and conditions. She also advises on IP licences, supply and distribution contracts, manufacturing agreements, and general terms and conditions to govern the supply of goods or services.

Having joined the firm as a trainee in 2021, Alice qualified as a solicitor in 2023. Prior to her training contract, she obtained her undergraduate degree in history before completing a masters in legal and constitutional studies, followed by the GDL and LPC.
