Justin Winterbottom

Partner

Justin is a partner in the commercial real estate team, based in the Oxford office, and specialising in industrial portfolio management, with extensive experience spanning the entire property ownership life cycle.

His expertise includes the acquisition and disposal of single units, multi-let industrial and retail estates, and shopping centres. He represents both landlords and tenants, advising on all aspects of estate and property management. Previously, Justin acted for National Grid, managing transactions related to its operational network, including electrical distribution and gas supply. Notably, he played a key role in the transfer of property assets comprising the northern gas distribution network, part of the £5.8 billion sale of four networks in 2005. This complex project extended over several years and encompassed critical activities before and after the completion date.

Clients rely on us to provide them with solutions. My aim is to offer practicable, sensible advice in a way that achieves their aims as quickly and as cost effectively as possible.
