Jolene Hutchison

Partner

Jo is a partner in the Oxford family team, specialising in advising clients in respect of financial matters arising on divorce, and separation for unmarried clients. The majority of her cases involve complex financial arrangements and often have an international element.

Her years of experience make her an expert with family matters involving complex income structures, pensions, and private limited companies. Throughout her career, Jo has developed an expertise in wealth protection and regularly drafts and advises clients in respect of wealth protection through pre- and post-nuptial agreements. She has also advised on complex private law children disputes, including defending and progressing allegations of coercive control, as well as internal and international relocation cases.

I recognise the privileged position clients place me in during some of their most challenging times, whether that involves disputes about their children or wealth preservation. I use my many years of experience and skills as a litigator to achieve the best outcomes which, in most cases, means keeping matters out of the court forum.
