Jessica is an associate in the corporate team, based in the Guildford office. She advises clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, group restructurings, and corporate governance.
She has worked for clients in several different business and industry sectors since qualifying as a solicitor in 2021, gaining a diverse range of experience and expertise. In the area of group restructuring, Jessica has advised several companies on complex pre-sale group restructuring. Her expertise in this area has been invaluable in helping clients navigate complex issues and restructuring challenges, ensuring that they are well-positioned for a successful sale. Jessica has also previously advised the shareholders of an insurance broker company, guiding them through a pre-sale group restructuring. Following this restructuring, she then advised the shareholders on the company’s sale to a Nottingham based insurance broker.
