Jess Earley

Associate

Jess is an associate in the Guildford family team. She acts for clients on a wide range of family law issues including complex private children matters which sometimes involve a local authority, divorce and financial remedies, pre and post nuptial agreements, domestic abuse and cohabitee disputes.

She is a member of Resolution, an organisation for family lawyers and other professionals committed to constructive resolution of family disputes. She also plays an active role in the Guildford office charity committee, the firm’s LGBTQIA+ committee and is a mentor for aspiring law students. She previously worked at a children’s home for two and a half years.

I am mindful that clients often approach me at one of the most difficult times in their lives. Taking the time to provide a lending ear to truly understand my client’s position is so important and something that I take very seriously.
