Jen is a company secretarial senior paralegal in the corporate team. She advises on a variety of corporate compliance matters, both statutory and non-statutory, and has particular experience in assisting companies with making changes to their board.

She manages and maintains statutory registers for a wide range of public and private companies, as well as property management businesses, charities and LLPs. She also helps overseas clients incorporate UK companies.
