Associate

Jade is an associate in the employment team based in London. She advises corporate clients, educational institutions, staff associations and their members, and individuals across a broad range of employment law matters.

With experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters, Jade acts in several sectors, with a particular focus on education, retail and fashion. She has advised on a number of Employment Tribunal claims involving discrimination and unfair dismissal claims. She takes a particular interest in gynaecology-related disability matters and has represented numerous individuals with endometriosis and PCOS.

My approach combines clear legal guidance with empathy, working with clients to deliver practical solutions. Clients value my ability to cut through complexity and provide straightforward, commercially sensible advice that supports effective and fair outcomes.

Jade Sisk, Associate

Jade’s secondment with Farfetch, a global leader in luxury fashion e commerce, provided first hand exposure to the commercial priorities shaping the fashion sector. In the education sector, she works closely with many higher education institutions, colleges and academics on disciplinary and grievance processes, terminations, contract and policy issues, day-to-day HR queries and tribunal litigation.

Jade qualified in 2025 after completing her training contract at the firm. She chairs the firm’s gynaecology sub-committee, working closely with the gender committee on initiatives to support colleagues experiencing gynaecological health issues. Jade is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Higher education litigation

Acting for a university in defending a High Court claim, including advising on reputation management, fiduciary duties and freedom of speech considerations.

Settlement against fashion retailer

Advising an employee in the fashion sector on potential claims against her employer and successfully negotiating a favourable settlement.

Gynaecology related disability

Representing individuals with gynaecological conditions in disability discrimination claims in the Employment Tribunal, and advising employees experiencing performance management due to absence linked to those conditions.
