Isabella is an associate within the London family team and private wealth sector group. With a particular focus on acting for high-net-worth, high-profile and international clients in the worlds of art, entertainment, and sport, she acts for clients on all issues arising from divorce, separation, and relationship breakdown.
She is experienced in complex financial disputes, both domestic and international, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and claims made by unmarried parents. Isabella also acts in relation to international children matters, including relocation claims and parental abduction matters. As a Resolution member, Isabella is committed to approaching family disputes in a constructive way and advocates the use of non-court dispute resolution (such as solicitor negotiation and mediation), where appropriate.
I understand how stressful and emotional matters requiring family law assistance can be, and I have a calm and empathetic, yet clear and firm approach, that keeps the big picture in mind while remaining detail oriented. I have been praised by clients for reminding them to take a deep breath and focus on what matters to them most.
Having completed her training contract (and having worked for three years as a paralegal) with Penningtons Manches Cooper, Isabella qualified as a solicitor in March 2022. Prior to this, she obtained her undergraduate degree in law from the University of Sheffield and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University Law School, London, with distinction.
