Hannah Hayward

Senior associate

Hannah is an associate in the family team in London. She has experience of advising high-profile and international clients on the full range of family law matters and understands the importance of discretion in her role.

Many of Hannah’s cases involve complex asset structures and trusts across multiple jurisdictions. She draws on her trust, tax and corporate knowledge to add real value to the advice she provides to her clients. Assisting clients in all areas of family law, Hannah’s cases include complex financial and jurisdictional disputes, Schedule 1 and Part III proceedings, trusts and TOLATA claims and private children issues, often with an international dimension. She has a particular interest in nuptial agreements and all forms of alternative dispute resolution (a large majority of her cases settle without the need for court involvement).

I am a well-rounded family solicitor with a human approach. I aim to exceed my clients’ expectations and am laser-focused on securing the best outcome for them. I work with my clients to fully understand their objectives and provide a tailored, personable service to clients during a period of transition.
