Graham Dixon

Senior associate

A senior associate and a member of the real estate team since qualifying with the firm over 20 years ago, Graham deals with a full range of commercial real estate transactions with a particular focus on residential and commercial development land and acting for developers large and small operating throughout the south of England.

Graham has an eye for detail while retaining a focus on commercial outcomes for his clients. Although he is based in the Guildford office, he also works from the Basingstoke office and liaises closely with members of other teams throughout the firm. His client base has grown over the years through being recommended to others by loyal clients and contacts. He is recognised as a key lawyer by the Legal 500.

As a transactional lawyer, my aim is to get the deal done and I will always look for solutions rather than trying to make problems. While being alert to problems which may arise, lawyers should never lose sight of the end goal.
