Associate
Godline is an associate in the employment team, based in the London office, and part of the firm’s Police Federation team.
She acts for staff associations and their members on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, offering comprehensive advice on all areas of employment law, with a particular focus on discrimination, harassment and whistleblowing. She has extensive experience negotiating settlements that include both financial and non-financial elements, working to secure the best possible outcomes for her client. Godline has previously represented clients at both employment tribunals and county courts.

My focus is always on delivering effective resolutions, whether through negotiations or litigation.
Godline has worked in the legal sector since 2007 and qualified in 2014 as a solicitor. Before joining the firm, she worked several years as an in-house solicitor for the Police Federation of England and Wales. Prior to that, she worked for another regional law firm, advising trade unions and staff associations.
