Felicity is an associate in the charities team and is based in the Oxford office. Her practice focuses on advising charities, not for profit organisations, and philanthropic individuals on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters.

She supports clients on governance and constitutional issues, Charity Commission engagement, regulatory compliance, restructurings, and the establishment and operation of charitable structures. Felicity has experience in complex and high profile matters, and works closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver a full service offering to clients operating in the charities sector. She has a particular interest in issues relating to sustainability and has undertaken a significant amount of pro bono work during her legal career so far.

I guide charities and trustees on how to deal with their growing regulatory obligations. Drawing on both professional experience and personal involvement in the sector, I provide practical, efficient advice that enables organisations to focus on delivering impact.

Felicity Graham, Associate

Before joining the firm in 2026, Felicity trained at a Magic Circle firm, where she gained diverse experience and strong commercial awareness across dispute resolution, real estate, financial regulation, and investment funds. During her training, she worked on cross-border multi-party litigation and advised on significant infrastructure and development projects, as well as contributing to strategic human rights litigation against the death penalty in Kenya. Felicity holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Oxford and completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, graduating with a distinction.
