She acts for a variety of clients, including SMEs, private equity houses, portfolio companies and larger corporates. Faryaal is recognised for her pragmatic, commercially focused approach and strong attention to detail, which clients value highly. She has advised clients across a wide range of sectors, including technology, construction, healthcare and professional services. Her ability to understand the commercial drivers behind each transaction enables her to provide tailored, strategic advice. I am a corporate lawyer offering commercial insight and practical solutions to complex legal issues affecting companies, working closely with my colleagues in tax, real estate and employment to deliver a seamless and fully integrated service.
Faryaal read law at the University of Warwick and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at BPP University, Holborn. She trained at another leading City law firm, where she gained experience working on complex, high-value transactions, before moving to a regional UK law firm. She joined the firm in 2025.
