Areas of expertise: Clinical negligence

Victoria is an associate in the clinical negligence team with experience that spans a variety of medical fields. She is based in the firm’s Basingstoke office but acts for clients across the UK.

Acting for clients who have suffered surgical errors, sepsis, delayed diagnoses and mismanagement of infection, Victoria also represents families who have lost a relative as a result of their medical treatment. In addition, she specialises in complex, high-value cases for children and adults who have been severely injured at birth.

A member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), Victoria qualified as an associate in 2018, having joined Penningtons Manches Cooper as a trainee in 2016. Your work changes people’s lives.” She is ranked in Chambers UK for 2023 and 2024 as an 'Associate to watch'.
