Varisha is an associate in the clinical negligence and personal injury team in Guildford. She works with senior members of the team on complex clinical negligence cases, including those relating to obstetrics, gynaecology, oncology and cosmetic surgery.
She has previously assisted with fatal cases and has acted on behalf of families that have tragically lost loved ones due to negligent medical treatment. In addition, Varisha has advised on a vast array of personal injury cases, ranging from high value accident at work claims to road traffic accidents that have resulted in catastrophic injuries.
Varisha joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in early 2021, having accumulated over five years of clinical negligence and personal injury experience at a number of leading law firms.
