Portrait of Sarah Jordan

Sarah is a senior associate in the real estate team in Guildford, and acts for development clients on complex land purchases and sub-sales, as well as advising buyers and sellers on the acquisition and disposal of office, retail and industrial properties. She also advises on all aspects of non-contentious commercial property transactions, acting for landlords and tenants, and has experience in acting for clients acquiring more unusual assets. Sarah has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex agreements for leases including leases for major retail clients.

She is responsible for co-founding the South East Women’s Property Network, which aims to provide a support network (both professionally and personally) to women in the property profession at all stages of their careers.

Having trained and qualified at a Silver Circle law firm, Sarah gained invaluable commercial property legal leasing experience working in-house for a major shopping centre landlord before joining Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2018.
