Naomi is a senior associate in the clinical negligence and personal injury team in our Guildford office. She qualified as a solicitor in 2011 having had considerable experience of personal injury and clinical negligence matters during her training contract, before joining Penningtons Manches Cooper in February 2013.
She specialises in dealing with high value and complex clinical negligence cases and her practice covers a broad range of clinical disputes ranging from surgical errors to delays in diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions and orthopaedic injuries.
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Naomi Holland on 28 September 2025 following a period of illness. Naomi was a much valued member of the firm and an exceptionally dedicated lawyer whose caring personality endeared her to colleagues, clients and peers alike. She will be greatly missed.
