Profile

Kinnari is a paralegal in the clinical negligence team, based in the London office.

With experience in a broad range of clinical negligence matters, Kinnari assists with: liaising with expert counsel’s clerks, clients and the court in procedural matters; requesting medical records and liaising with hospital and medical practitioners; and preparing instructions to counsel, client care documentation, court documents and trial bundles. She principally assists John Kyriacou, Sarah Gubbins, Rosie Nelson and Lyndsey Banthorpe with cases against NHS Trust and general practitioners.

Kinnari joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in September 2011.

Preparing trial bundles for complex high value case relating to amputation claim.
Assisting and arranging conference with multiple medical experts for complex high value brain injured claimant.
Creating and maintaining medical records system for the London team.
