Profile

Jonny is an associate in the projects, development and construction team in London, specialising in non-contentious work. He has expertise across the full spectrum of construction, infrastructure and development projects.

He has acted for a variety of clients including developers, contractors, local authorities, social housing associations and private individuals. Jonny has advised on and negotiated a large range of industry standard building contracts (including JCT, NEC, MF/1), professional appointments, collateral warranties, agreements for lease and development agreements.

Having previously worked at a leading firm in Guildford, and on secondment with an in-house legal team, Jonny joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2024.
