Jessica is an associate in the construction and infrastructure team based in London. Her experience covers a range of both contentious and non-contentious construction projects and disputes. Jessica has acted for a variety of commercial clients, including developers, contractors, purchasers and social housing associations. She has advised on and negotiated industry standard building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties and development agreements.

On the contentious side, Jessica assists professional consultants, contractors and employers on disputes involving extension of time claims, defective work and professional negligence claims. She works with clients on disputes avoidance, outlining the importance of achieving solutions without having to go to court. She also has experience across a range of ADR procedures, including arbitrations and adjudications as well as matters in the Technology and Construction Court.

Jessica joined Penningtons Manches in 2019. She trained at another leading City law firm, which included a six month secondment in Singapore.
